1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between br333 ("Company", "we", "us") and the users of our platform ("you", "user", "player"). br333 is an online gaming platform that provides casino games, slots, and sports betting services for players in Bangladesh.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

br333 offers various types of bonuses for new and regular players. All bonus-related rules are described in this section.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• A 150% bonus is offered on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus — total balance ৳2,500.
• Example: Deposit ৳22,000 and receive a ৳15,000 bonus — total balance ৳37,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

• The wagering requirement for bonuses is 15 times the bonus amount.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit + bonus combined.
• Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.

5.3 General Bonus Policy

• One account may not claim the same bonus more than once.
• Bonus abuse, strategic betting, or attempting to meet wagering requirements through artificial means is prohibited.
• br333 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• Each bonus may have a specific validity period; unused bonuses expire at the end of that period.

5.4 VIP Program

br333 has four VIP tiers for regular players:

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 0.8%

Players progress to higher tiers gradually based on their activity and engagement.

6. Gaming Rules

All games on br333 are operated under fair play principles. Each game has its own rules, which can be found in the game interface.

6.1 General Gaming Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the wager will be refunded.
• In the event of any dispute over a game result, br333's decision will be considered final.
• In the event of an internet disconnection, data from the ongoing game is saved on the server.

6.2 Sports Betting

• br333 reserves the right to change all odds and markets up until the start of a match.
• Bets on postponed or abandoned matches will be settled in accordance with the applicable policy.
• We reserve the right to void any bet on suspicion of manipulation or foreknowledge of a result.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the br333 platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Bonus abuse or exploiting system loopholes for unfair advantage (bonus hunting, arbitrage).
• Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to br333's systems or network.
• Harassing other players or attempting to influence them through fraudulent means.
• Registering an account with false or misleading information.

8. Limitation of Liability

br333 is not liable in the following circumstances:

• Interruption to gameplay due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Loss resulting from security issues with your device or network.
• Delays or failures by third-party services (payment gateways).
• Gambling losses or financial difficulties arising from your own actions.
• Unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters or government restrictions.

In all cases, br333's maximum liability will be limited to the amount you deposited in the disputed transaction.
